Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped from one or more fulfillment centers depending on product availability and shipping destination.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may take additional time. Please allow extra transit days during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

US 2–6 Business Days

Worldwide – 14–21 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking once it has been provided.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Gadget VRS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is returned to the sender due to unpaid customs fees, refused delivery, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours/days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
